  • i have a grand am gt ram air need help with intake

i need to know if i get a cold air intake will my ram air still have a use is a ram air better than an intake. and i need to know what elese i can do for my acceleration

One of the biggest misnomers about a GA is it's ram air. It's a gimmick, even Pontiac has admitted that it doesn't add any HP to the car whatsoever. A CAI will certainly be better, but don't expect a huge increase in power.

As for acceleration, well how deep are your pockets? The sites below will help your performance.

      Ram Air = Bug catcher.

Take the filter out of the box and look at where the majority of the air comes from .. the fender well
