Compression ratio

I'm considering the KB 3400 hypertec pistons[summit racing] for my 3.4 rwd block with 3400 heads.I would like to calculate my compression ratio but no cc is given for the dished pistons,need cc of heads and cc of pistons?

Thanks,Yeah I think it would be safe to assume that the replacements would be the same as stock.
