Now that I got it tore down...I was thinking, could I use 6.0L lsx valves? 2" intake 1.55" exhaust. I'm assuming they're both 8mm stems, not sure on the length but I could pick up the valves cheap from a local pickn'save...and thoughts or info on the subject?

Someone else put larger valves in and it didnt gain too much flow from what I remember. 20 com? Maybe? There was a thread on it -
I've heard they don't respond great to porting, I know GM did the same thing with the old vortec 350 heads...very good design out of the box...if they flow another 20 cfm, it would be worth it.
