    2004+ DOHC 60šs

    The newer RWD DOHC's v6's in the CTS and the G8, do they share the same (or compatible) transmission bolt pattern as the pushrod 60's?

    I've been thinking about a few different projects, such as slipping one of these in my old S10 (2.8L; 5-speed), without additional mods to the motor. These motors are pretty reasonable in wrecker yards with low mileage.

    Yes, they share the same bolt pattern.

      I'm pretty sure the high feature V6's like the one from a 3.6 Cadillac CTS in the attached image is a different bolt pattern.

        Hmm... perhaps you are right. I could have sworn it used the same pattern, but the more I search, the more I am leaning towards a different bolt pattern.
