    problem with rpms

    hey guys looking for some help i have a 94 gtp 3.4 liter . when i am at 50-60 mph and holding, my rpm are at 2krpms my rpms starts to decel 2000-1500 then back up 2000 it will keep doing this until i give it more gas you can hear and feel the decel in the engine anyone have any idea what would be causing this? the only thing that i found that i had a bad pressure regulator. thanks for any support

      Sounds like the TCC is engaging and disengaging constantly. Could just be a loose connection at the tranny (doubtful) or the TCC solenoid acting up.

        You may have a bad vacuum diaphram, pull the vac line going to the tranny plug both ends and test drive it.

          Are there any check engine lights on if si that will help you alot?

            it sounds like it could be a bad throttle position sensor or something but it would also act up at idle and you would notice a hesitation off the line as well
