is there any way that u can flush the radiator yourself?

Sure, you can buy prestone rad flush at any automotive store. You just drane your rad and engine, dump in fresh water and the flush. Run it for 10 minutes then drane it again, then put in fresh water run it again. Then drain it again to get all the left over rad flush out. Then fill it again with fresh coolant. There you have it a cheap flush, takes about 30 minutes and costs about $3.00 plus your choice of coolant.
