    engine computers...

    is the ecm from a 3.1 similar to that of a 3.4 to where as i could swap them??

      you can use the 91-93 3.4 one on the 3.1, but not the other way around.

          The 3.4 ECM has extra SRAM to control the 4T60-E tranny, whereas the 3.1 does not. So the 3.4 will work with the 3.1 but not vice-versa.
