you replace a harmonic balancer in a corvair?

I have a 66 Corvair with a separated harmonic balancer. There is only a few inches of clearance between the bolt and the body of the car so there is no way to get an impact wrench in there.

I've removed the center bolt using a box wrench with a pipe over it and intentional interference between the pipe and the subframe of the car... then a GENTLE flick of the starter. That was something like 8 or 9 years ago... now I use the impact

In a crunch, the above method works - for a single center bolt.

Gotta ask since this is your first post... do you have an LQ1 in a Corvair? Must be fun!
