    inprocess of replacing distribor 0-ring

I am going to grind the lip on the plug itself. What did you guys use to grind it? A dremmel tool? I have an angle grinder, but can't get it in there with out grinding everything else too. I am going to put a couple of chevy distribtor gaskets in there.

    Wholey Cow :P

I would use a small hand tool to grind, there are other brands like dremel.

Goto Menards, take one of those distributor rings and match it to a black silicone o-ring.. make sure it will stretch over and fit snug under the cap. I bought 5 sizes because I wasn't sure what size would fit snug, they are about 35 cents each.
    I am back

It is aluminum so just use like a hacksaw, or a nail clipper for gods sake

I got a hold of a dremmle. Works great with the little grinding stone that has a pointed shape to it. Sorry a nail clippers wouldn't cut it
