Fuel Injectors

I need help I am trying to get at the left and right lower intake gaskets.

Problem is the fuel injectors are in the way of the screws.

They are under some sort od pressure. How do I take these off. And or

how do I get at the screws?

There should only be the 8mm bolts holding the rail to the lower intake. Once you have those out, it will take some force to "pop" the entire rail up. After that, it's pretty easy to get the bolts off.
