I bought an underdrive pulley for my 92 z34 from ASP and it needs a spacer. Does anyone know where I could get one, im not sure if a generic one would work, if you have any information please let me know.

Shouldnt need a spacer. You may need the newer style damper.

What year would the newer style damper be on? the motor in my car is from a 93. Just assumed I would need a spacer as the website marks the item with an * and says "spacer required"

Where did you buy it? 91-93 has different pulleys/dampers than 94-97.

They only sell the newer style pulleys. You need a 94-97 dohc damper. I have one from a 97 if you want it, i can have it shipped tomorrow morning.

(You need a 94-97 dohc damper) correct me if im wrong but didn't the 91-93 have less then a 24X crank pos sensor. Like a 12X or some lower number.
