        I have a vibraton at 2000rpms

Just installed this into a jeep. Threw on the flywheel and a new clutch. Now under load or foot to the floor no knock or vibration. Idle no noises. Cruzing speed noisy, step on it goes away, comes back when backing off the throttle and maintaining speed.

ok, how about exactly what motor it is? 2.8?

and what kind of clutch, like a stage 4 Spec? because the badass race clutches will chatter when not under a lot of load...

we do need more info, but check your u-joints, sounds like you got a stiff one. If you feel it through the truck too that may be it. And or, not very common, but likely since you've had it apart, check the alignment between the trans to the motor, sometimes corrosion will cause the bellhousing to swell where it attachs to the motor and it may look tight and square but its not. That misalignment will cause a chatter in the driveline too.
sigpicHow to make High performance Emissions:
A "true" High flow converter, straight pipe.
Low/No flow EGR valve, block off plate.
Carbon canister and purge valve mod, place in large 30 Gallon can, cover, and place curbside, the city will do the rest.
PCV valve and vent tube, reroute to exhaust to dump where it belongs, on the ground. Or add breathers and let it all free.

have you had the drive line out? if so you could have put it in upside down. they have weights on them for a reason. its just a thought tho!
