    Removing old tints

    hey,
    the tints in the back windshield are bubbling pretty bad. looking for a way to remove the tints before i take the car to get the tinting redone.

    There is a "Spray" and little tool that you can get from autoparts, I bought it but have not used it yet. Looks like it is not a fast operation.
    Mine is bubbling and has turned purple.....

      not sure if you have this in your area, but "goo be gone" should work good

        Or, why not just let the guy who is putting the new on, take the old off? He will have all the right tools already, and probably has plenty of experience doing it, so it wouldn't take him long at all. When I had some old stuff replaced due to fading, I brought it in as is and let them at it.
