    Saginaw Flare

Is there any tool out there that will make this flare and is avalible for me to buy?

So many times I have needed this tool. I WANT ONE.

Incase anyone was wonder what a Saginaw flare is, it is the style of flare that uses a small O-ring. You will find it on your power steering pump and all fuel lines before quick disconnect was introduced.

Yes there is a Saginaw flaring tool. The only place I know of to get one is from Snap-On or Mac, and a little pricey too.

Well snap on sells a bunch of flaring tools but no indication that they make a Saginaw fitting.

Most people don't call it a Saginaw Flare...mainly because its not the name of the flare its the name of the pump its used on.

I believ this is what your looking for though....

Man that's sweet, but expensive. If somebody buys it could I borrow it?

Dope... Thats actually not a bad price. It is truly a saginaw flare. They are who created it.
