looking for 4.3L TBI chip tuners

ok my friend has a 93 GMC with the 4.3 TBI and he is looking at adding a cam and some other stuff. i am looking for someone that can custom tune the chip for any mods that he is looking at. if anyone knows of links or anyone let me know, or where should i start looking
