    seat removal

Can anyone tell me what size socket I need to remove the seats in a '97 Lumina? It's that star shaped almost reverse-torx looking bolt. Thanks.

you can buy a reverse torx for it. I have one.

When I can't find mine, I just use an 8mm socket. It works fine as long as they are not seized.

I think the reverse torx is also an 8mm.

Ha. It IS called a reverse torx then. That's what I was guessing (I had never seen one before). Thanks for the info. I didn't want to eyeball it and end up with the wrong socket.
