Has anyone ever heard of monty Carlos or Fierbirds from the 80s having aluminum rear brake drums. The resion why I ask is that a friend of mine is looking for a set for his street stock. Does anyone have any or were can I get them from.

They did have them. If you are lucky you could find some in a JY but your best bet is on ebay. There are usually 3-4 sets for sale evertime I look. I'll get some one day.00 Grand Prix GTP Daytona -
S-10s also had them. If I remember right they had issues with cracking so GM stopped making them. I had a set on my 88 s-10 but they ended up trashed.87 3.4 4x4 blazer
