Fan bearing noise

I know this really doesnt have anything to do with the DOHC engine .. but what the heck. Car is the 92 Grand Prix SE .. Just today I turned on the vent and I hear some weird noise comin out, and does the same thing when the heater is on. Anyone replace one of the units? Difficult? Expensive?

There could be something rubbing on the fan blade(s) when it spins.
