          Maybe he has one of the 2.4L DOHC Cavaliers for which GM made a supercharger "kit".

              They sell the kit for the Ecotec now and a whole 2.0L SC(the engine in the Ion Redline and soon to be Cobalt SS) crate engine will be available soon also.

                  MMM Cobalt. I really like that car and will be glad to see the Cavalier gone. I gurentee all the Sport Compact driver will be buying the hell outa that thing.
