razors and tread, especially if they like to do burn outs.

cut gently at the side wall, you don't want to go too deep, from bead to bead in 5 or 6 spots around the tire, make sure to get down to the steel belt on the tread section, carpet razors work best. next time they spin the tires, they get de-capped.

I remember my friend's neighbor was a real dick. My friend walked across the street and stamped out the word F*G with an arrow pointing to his house in the snow on the hill.. He came out and said do you have something to say? My friend said, "well that pretty much says it right there". LOL! My friend is the scrawniest guy I know which is really funny when you finally piss him off he will do some ballsy things! The neighbor deserved much worse. My friend went on vacation and when he got back his car was towed (have to park on the street). He was gone for two weeks, and the car had been impounded for two weeks. He asked why and they said the neighbor reported it as a broke down vehicle that had been sitting for a long time with flat tires. Yeah, the neighbor gave him flats and lied. The fine was so high after 2 weeks he had to just let them keep the car but what really sucked too was he had ALL of his school books in the car.
