I have a Kleen Flo dip bucket. I just drop stuff in and come back to it later. No manual labor at all. And it even removes paint.

My parts cleaner needs changing, it gets 90% of the crud off but any thick carbon or paint has to be hand done.

Short of the brackets and oil pan I think I finally got everything cleaned and painted. I wish I could find some brackets and a 4x4 oil pan cheap so when I do swap out I have everything ready to just pull one and drop the new motor in. If not I'll just have to clean them up, paint em, and then put em on.
