    1995 gp 3.1 turnsignal relay?

    i have a 1995 grand prix 3.1 and i need to change my turn signal relay. I have never changed one b4, so if someone could tell me were i can find it and please explain not just under the dash thanks alot for your help

              It's not a lot of work. Changing oil is harder than getting to that thing.
