question about carbed v8

hey i have a 78 delta 88 with a 4 barrel carbed olds 350 rocket
anyway my wife went to start it to go to work jsut now and it took like 10 tries to get it started
normally it starts on the first try and runs fine and everything
she had two days off and its been sitting since friday
could it be cause of that or what do you guys think

Did you check the fuel filter and pump. fuel may noot be getting into the bowl.
