not so much converted as it was my timing belt tensioner giving up at a 6000rpm 1-2 shift and having an almost brand new 3400 sitting there as backup.

ive got the 3.1 alternator bracket modified to clear the valve cover(dont know why but it needed it). i need to pull an ac bracket off something, probably my parts APV, and make an idler pulley to delete my air, cause my compressor is bad and my condensor has a hole in it. i dont have air in anything else so i wouldnt want to get spoiled

less ac parts = more room for mounting fun go fast things down the road

            Hehe 3400+

May I recommend a 2.5 custom downpipe and a big TB. That should hopefully give you what you left off at. One thing's for sure, you'll like the torque.

how big a TB? i've got a whole new '01 3100 i can pull parts from and modify, then put the stock back on the 3100. the downpipe is a sure thing as is a 2.5" mandrel bent exhaust. i'll be doing that myself, i keep forgetting now that i need 2 mufflers because of my new back bumper, looks kinda stupid with one tip and 2 cutouts.

The biggest TB that FDP can get you. The stock downpipe is really too small. But what part of the pushrod exhaust system isn't.
