    Top 3 most endowed cities:

    1- New Orleans
    2- Washington DC
    3- San Diego

    Top 3 most endowed states:

    1- New Hampshire
    2- Oregon
    3- New York

    I can see a new pick up line in the making, lol. "Hey baby, you know...our city is rated the most endowed. Wanna see if the figures hold up?" lol
