Also consider most imports are much shorter than an F-Body. A Silvia for example is almost a foot shorter in length than a Gen III F-Body. This means less lock is required to make the same turn/angle and the car reacts quicker.

Buy a Jeep, lower, modify axle for more steer angle and pop out the wheels so they don't rub the frame and go drifting!

Honestly, in the 14 years I've been involved with this forum, you are the first person I have seen talk about drifting.

I'm sure there are forums dedicated to drifting... but for a 3rd gen F body join thirdgen.org. those guys are into all types of motorsports, you'll get specific answers to your questions there.

I'm still convinced it's all about steering angle haha.

I would think the same, and I don't have an f-body.

I didnt want to join thirdgen.org without having a thirdgen .... And i yes steering angle seems to impact it greatly but the slowness of going into a hang is wierd. And once they start sliding they appear to straighten out even when jazzing it.

With that logic, if you don't have a 60v6 yet, why did you join this site?

And the vast majority of projects i plan on doing are going to involve 60v6's

They probably don't let it hang wide because they don't have the steering angle to keep it in check.

Yeah, but how quickly it goes into a hang depends on weight, right?
