how to replace door handle

that stupid bar with the weight on it snapped in half, cant seem to see how i replace the whole unit ....any tips write ups?

-2000 GTP - 332/426
-94 GTP - Stock, But needs new:
Door, Steeringwheel, fender, windshield and window for new door, and power steering line.
