Find what you want, either by downloading from this sites archived avatars, or resize a picture of your own to meet the allowable avatar size. I pulled mine from this website... http://www.avatarsbymas.com/

Then merely put it in your profile.

to place a pic in your sig, you need to resize the pic so that it wont be huge and piss people off that are browsing the forum, and then have it hosted on the internet. www.photobucket.com is good and free. then when you have the pic hosted there is a little text box that says IMG , copy that text insert it into your profile
