I've seen quite a few numbers thrown around lately that seem quite gracious when it comes to CHP numbers... I don't mean anything against you Dave, but 240-250chp on a 100% completely stock 3500? that seems like a bit of a stretch to me. Even with the headers; I honestly don't think they add that much, and his tune could quite possibly be just a bit shy of a 3500 tune so what he's loosing there he gained with the headers.

What do you have done to the tune? and what ECU are you using? Are you running any 3500 tables in the current bin?

I figured about 240-250 on his combo at the crank, i agree that 28's would be plenty.

tuning for 32's/36's isn't that bad but it will take a while to get the idle worked out right, i did that for 2 cammed 3500's locally and both ran great after a few tuning sessions. Both were at around 290-300 CHP though.

Remember though, too large of an injector will cause other running issues.

    Use this.

Funny thing is, for 220 chp that website says 22.9lb/hr is sufficient so I would say go with 28's... resell the 32's since they may make part throttle driving/running not good.

And yes 300HP is suggesting a 31.2 injector.

What does your car weigh? Going off what mine did as a "base" per say, (3045lbs with me and 1/2 tank of gas)

that would put your engine at approximately 200chp

Thats seems quite accurate too if you really look at it, since the LX9 is rated at 196hp to 201hp

43.5 with the vac line on and at idle. Unplugged/WOT, it is about 49 psi. 43.5 is what you are looking for though. The L67 injectors are massive overkill for your engine, but that shouldn't be an issue

factory fuel pressure is 43.5PSI with the vacuum regulator disconnected or otherwise exposed to atmospheric pressure.

I think my injector a maxing out at 19.xxx MV. they are 1997 venture injectors...I got some L67 injector here that I think I should install.somebody know what is the Fuel pressure of a Beretta 1996? I need that so I can change my injectors.
