I'm planning a 3.4/3400 project using an S10 platform.Wish I could devote all my time and money to it but like most I can't, so it's an on going process.Know you've seen it all before but I still like seeing what you guys are doing so thought I'd share. Garrett 60-1 60 trim / 70 ar stage 3 / .63

I've had it stored away for about a year and at the time the cheapest one I could find was about $675 + shipping. I got this one from a guy right up the road [ Gainsville FL] for $450 still in the box.

Cool, had the same turbo last year on my 3400. Ran mid 12's in the 1/4 on 11 psi. .63 turbine is tight I found. .82 would be better suited I think, even for a truck build.

Mid 12's / 11 lbs sounds good as I figuared 12-15 lbs for my build [ 9.5:1 using 3400 hypertecs in 3.4 block].Would a divided housing help if I move up to an .82 ?

I don't even think you'll need the divided.

You'll see the .63 will spool at half throttle going accross an intersection... (still very fun though) !!
