Just for curiosty sake, what kind of prep work needs to go into an engine before you slap on a turbo/supercharger?

Aftermarket internals?? extra guages? computers? fuel managment systems?
bigger fuel injectors? more fuel injectors? etc.

I'm not planning on bolting on a turbo or anything. I'm just curious. And if it helps.... I drive a 2000 Malibu with the 3.1L V-6.... assuming that the make and model of a car even really applies to my questions....

Yes, depends, would be good, be even better, yeah, I doubt it.......... Should answer all your questions... And I think it would apply to about all cars not turbo'd/supercharged from the factory cause even the turbo 4G63's have a weak link.
