No, it does not, but alot of them have steel cranks, which will be stronger than the standard cast cranks. Post the numbers on the snout of the crank and we can determine if it is a steel unit or not.

^^^ what do u mean ? its a complete lowerend with timing cover and im willin to meet u at the pa/ny borderif u would like also for the price of gas and ill let the lower end go for 140 if ur interested

is the crank pulley off? can you list the numbers off the end of the crank?

ill have to check it tommorw i never removed the oil pan i just took the top end off for my build

not the oil pan, just the crank pulley that sits on the end

if its 8 digit this is the # i came up with 10343247 lmk if this helps and i have #s of the journals also if that helps also

actually its the 4 digit, do you have any way of taking a picture? sorry but its pretty criticle for my build plans
