The PCM probably has the spark tables messed with. I mean I noticed a great difference with it running premium. But EGR and O2 is still in it. It's a Digital Horsepower Original. So I can't get into it even if I wanted to. BUt again I can't confirm that because I don't have a car to look at it with (have a powertuner too)

the wp pulley works on all years, the crank is only 94-97

Correct. 91 - 93 use a different style pulley than the 94 - 97.
