Slinky, the flange bolt that holds it won't clear the vacuum line that goes to the Evap solenoid there. I used a hex cap as you see in the picture to get around that.

You can make your own hold down bracket in like 5-10mins. Looks more factory and cleaner than having tubes and stuff adapted everywhere.sigpic New 2010 project (click image)
