I just randomly selected an '02 Century as reference and got more than a dozen listed at $50 or less. Lowest price listed was $25. There really needs to be a sticky about this. It seems to happen every couple weeks or less that someone needs a part that can easily (and usually cheaply) be found on there or rock auto.

EDIT - perhaps a more important question would be . . . Does the large port UIM fit the small port LIM? I would imagine the small port LIM must have a gnarly lip where it would meet the large port UIM since the UIM ports are oval like a race track and the LIM ports are more like an egg shape oval. They probably have several sub $50 large port LIM's that would fit your heads.

Your right about the lip.. Maybe I should just replace mine with a duplicate.

Don't go with one close to you. In my area all large port stuff is expensive since its a common replacement part and they know they can bag people to pay extra. I had bought a LIM a couple years back for $65 shipped from Tennessee. Even if you spend $30 on shipping a $25 manifold its still better than getting the local bend over. Heck, you could probably get both manifolds shipped together from one of the cheaper places for not much more than $100.

Small port lower will not work with a large port upper. You must either replace both upper and lower large port, or go with your existing style.
