looking for a dhp powertuner and all needed accessories, i have a 96 cutlass with the L82 and hptuners doesnt support it, and i know dhp does, so please reply if selling one

He's just stating that since HP tuners doesnt support the 96 he's not going to buy that and needs a DHP unit instead...
My suggestion is see if you can swap in a 97 Mote ECU (085) like I did, I know that ECU is supported by HPTuners... that is if you can't get your hands on a DHP.

Yeah jon i realized i completely misunderstood what he said.
And thought he had a hptuners but wanted to find a dhp tuner.lol
I told him he could either swap to obd1 or obd2 afterward.=)
