Based on what I am experiencing getting materials, and getting headers done for my application, I don't think you will ever get headers that cheap (unless you custom build them and weld them yourself) for a car that doesn't already have a "mass-produced option." It looks like it will be tough getting these done for under $700 even.

For under $500 to Canada, its not going to happen.

S&S Headers is currently the only company that makes headers for the 3x00, and even then, a set of UNCOATED headers runs just over $500.

But, since you are in Canada, you'll have to fork over a bunch more money to get them over the border. Last I heard, someone ordered less than $20 in parts from S&S and paid like $50 or more in fees to get it over the border.

Second point though...would you be able to make them D-port design for ported heads??

ive can do d port, a port, r port, q port... any port you want, what i do with 3x00 headers is that i make the port 1-5/8"" so the port is bigger than the head port. this in turn creates anti-reversion. which stops backfire. so it wont matter.

If you can do the piping, we already have a guy (in Canada even) that can do flanges (o or d shaped port, 1.5" or 1.625" primaries) for pretty cheap.

well i calculated the price, and the cheapest i could go was 650 with flanges. but depends on how much the other guy charges for flanges. i cnc cut them here for about 60$ for both sides. including the collector flange, and the other reason my price might be high is that the cross over pipe clamp is a v-band system.. sorry.

Interesting. There's a Motion Performance in Winnipeg too but I doubt it's the same company.

Anywho, I might also be interested in a set if this goes anywhere. Milzy wanted $700 US each for his 3100 header project, which never went anywhere. So $650 is still a pretty good price really.
