    92 Lumina Z34
Found coolant in the oil and metal in the filter.
Also found a home in the engine compartment for a turbo and intercooler

I'm sure it has alot to do with the low mileage and the paint job.

That's why I went to Kelly Blue Book. In perfect condition, the car books for $2845 even if you added the $1500 paint job, that dude's still asking three times what the car is worth.

Some people think they can sell something for any amount they want. But honestly that guy is dumber than a sack of hammers.

KBB values dont really accurately apply to specialty cars i.e rare or super low miles. Something is only worth what someone is willing to pay.

To a collector that paint jobs kills it. If it was stock black with 18k miles I am sure someone would pay 7-8k for it. 15k isnt going to happen.

I saw a 91 Z24 5spd with 10k miles on it for $6500......book value via KBB would be half that. But still plenty of people would buy it at that price.

Just to show how poor KBB can be (in an extreme case)...

A 1986 Buick Grand National with 15,000 miles and in excellent condition is only worth $9,700 to them. I will guarantee that NO ONE would sell that for that price. I have seen some of those go for over $30k easily.
