    Wanted: '96+ 3.4 injectors-- (DOHC)

Anyone have a set of '96+ 3.4 injectors (24lb/hr) they are willing to part with?

I want to change my injectors and I was told that any year 96 and newer 3.4 injectors fixed the issues with the 91-93 injectors, plus they run quiet.

I've got 3400 injectors froma 2000 Grand Am GT.

They're a tad dirty, but still work great. I definatly don't need them. I have the plugs too.

i don't think 3400 injectors are the same size as 3.4 dohc injectors.

Hmm. Do you need the DOHC injectors of just the regular 3400's?

i was assuming the dohc since he listed 24lbs, i think 3400 are either 17 or 19 lbs

I also gathered he requested the DOHC ones, since he also mention the 91-93 being a tad noisy ..

Sorry.. I should have been more clear - it is for a DOHC.

But on 3400swap the 3400 injectors are listed as 22.5lb/hr and that they would not work well with a 3.1 due to the 3.1 ECM not being programmed for the higher fuel output. I figured since I have the 3.4 ECM programmed for the higher output, that they would work? Please correct me if I'm wrong, I've done a lot of DOHC work but never an injector swap.

Well I don't deal with dohc's so I have no clue, but if you want to buy them, I got them.

Ok, I'll take them - I've been doing some homework - the '00+ plus injectors will work just fine - I did some serious seaching and found the formula for injector fuel flow rates.

What is a fair price to you? They've got about 22K miles on them, they worked in my car when I had them installed.
