What signal is smog to ECM?

Removed my smog pump to make room for the turbo. Not going to new EMS at the moment (going to MegaSquirt eventually) and need to get the car to run in closed loop with the smog pump delete. I guess what I am asking is there a way to short, resist, or send signal to the smog pump wires to get the ECM into closed loop? What kind of reading is the smog sending to the ECM?

I would just try to wire the sensors and such back into themselves if that makes sense. I have a few connectors on my motor like that and nothing has come up so far.
