    1227727 and AIR

I'm going to be installing the original brackets from my Trooper onto the 3.4L as soon as I can get it into the garage. The Trooper used a mechanical air pump. Will the 1227727 with $88 be able to control that? The 3.1L had an air pump didn't it?

My 88 Grand Prix had a 7727 with factory AIR pump. I believe it was pin A18 that controlled it. On my tgp code, it controls the waste gate. I'm not sure if $88 has provisions for it but ECM will be fine.

From what I can tell, the 5-speed had AIR and the auto did not. Good thing I have a 5-speed.

Yes, I believe that is true as well. Last time I asked around I was told it was only on manual trans vehicles.
