USB o-scope?

looks like you would be limited to 5V maximum, which would cover a lot of stuff, but not everything.

otherwise, specs out nicely.

Yah, It needs to go on Ebay. lol

the USB one looks decent, I've seen those and ones on a PCI card work out ok. It really depends on what you are going to do with it though.
