What would I need for tuning

I will be building a 3.1 with the 260H cam and proted heads. Its a MAF car but I need to know what I will need to tune the car once the motor is running. I know that the car will run with the setup I plan on with the stock tune but I won't get the full potential of the cam without a tune. Any stuff I need and tips would be appreciated.
