DIY FI...... Beleive it, or not?

I saw this on another message board I'm a member of, thought ya'll would be interested:

Plans & bare-bone kits for a fully customizable home-made fuel injection controller, with support for GM DIS being developed, with TURBO support, up to 20 psi with the standard kit! Right now, they have a stand alone DIS kit available, but they are working on an integrated kit..... very interesting if you ask me...

1962 Buick Electra 225 STOCK... and gonna keep it that way

Yep, it's considered the cats meow among some on other forums I've visited.

There is a Megasquirt yahoo group, as well as a MegaVAG (volkswagen/audi megasquirt) yahoo group.

Lots of guys are using MegaSquirt in their F-Bodies, never heard anything bad about it. You can get a kit ready to assemble for about $200-250, and an already professionally assembled unit for about $400 (even cheaper some places). I've looked into them and going to try tuning my 730 ECM first (only because of cost/time constraints).
