    2.8 heads on 3.4

I bought 2 86 fiero GT's 1 for me and 1 for my 16 year old son they both have a knocking sound from the engines and would like to know if my 2.8 heads would fit and work on a 3.4 motor from a 2000 chevy venture and what else is needed this for this swap

they'll work but you're WAY better off keeping the aluminium heads.

you'd have like 7:1 compression as well.. haha

No you will have to use the manifold that goes with the aluminum heads. Get the whole motor if you can.

          James48,

Try using the Pennocks Forum for more info on swaps. I don't think that engine bolts right up to the fiero and you may end up having to do some modifications. You would have to use the engine from a '93-'95 camaro 3.4L. That is what I have in my Fiero GT. Good luck!
