Will a 3400 engine out of a 2001 Grand Am bolt fit in a 2001 Grand Prix SE? Are there required modifications or is it just plug & play?

Should just be plug and play except for engine mounts most likely. Being that they are the same year, all of the sensors will be the same, and that's usually one of the biggest things to worry about. But if the GP had a 3x00, then you have all the mounts that you'll need.
