Possibly stupid question about Buick/Pontiac swap

I have a 1999 Buick Century, with a body that is in pretty rough shape. I know someone with a Pontiac Grand Am made around '95-'96, also with a 3.1 liter engine that isn't in working order. Would it be possible to swap the Buick engine into the Pontiac, and if so, what if any complications may I encounter?

Yes. Its actually the exact same motor. The only possible difference (which really isn't a big deal) is the Buick is OBD2 and the GA is possibly OBD1.5. Basically means some sensors may be different and the Buick may have a couple more. Only other thing would be different motor mounts, but you have everything with the GA, so all the parts are there.
