hey guys. Ive notices from a few peoples cars, that they have put a 4.6 Mustang TB ( 70mm ) on a 3400 intake. how or is it possible, and what modifications would i need to do to have it work? thanks

I made a prototype adapter a long time ago, think Ban has it. The IAC is different as well as the TPS. It was 65mm, might have some pics somewhere... -
TPS will work if you splice connectors. The IAC won't however and you'll have to adapt a GM IAC to some sort of adapter to control your idle.
Much easier to get a GM LX5 TB off of a 3.5 DOHC Intrigue olds motor which will bolt up with an adapter and you can mod your cable bracket in 5 mins and be down the road... All sensors work an you won't have the linkage in the opposite direction since it's a FWD TB to begin with.sigpic
