Who Can Re-flash my PCM, with a CUSTOM program?

Is there anyone who knows how to built programs for factory PCM's? I'd like to be able to use just the basic inputs for fuel and timing calculations, such as MAF, IAT, TPS, HO2, CTS, Knock,Crank,Cam,andOil Sensors etc, etc. I'd like to get rid of the EGR, the TransaxleLoad Sensors, the VSS: variable speed sensors, and all the other junk. I know the PCM has an EEPROM, so it can be re-programmed, but who???????????????...............for a 99 Grand Am SE 3400 series motor

DHP is the only people currently that have dipped into that realm.
