I am using Wiseco for 2 sets of DOHC pistons, one at 11:1 c/r the other at 8.5:1. But other than that, its up to you. They all should be about the same, so long as they get the right measurements from you you'll be fine.

Ok I got the engine...How big a cam can I run?

I've got my 95 3.4 pushrod engine!

I also have a Comp Cams 252H cam, can I run 1.6:1 rockers too?

Then what about bumping up the compression? How much room do I have until a valve kisses a piston?

You can run flat pistons. The valves will not touch. As was discussed before the valve will hit the edge of the piston where there is no bowl so if you fill in that bowl it makes no difference. V6ho has good pics explaining what im trying to say.
What is the lift on that cam. You should be able to get close to .6 lift at the valve with no problem. Springs may need to be changed though.

The cam has a .425 gross lift (intake and exhaust)

Mahle might have flat top pistons. What compression are you aiming for like 14-16:1?

what if you used the dohc pistons would that get it close? maybe you just need custom gaskets after that.

Well 14-16:1 would be too high, from what I've been reading propane will go critical at 12.5:1

Thanks Doudt Incarnate. I think some one is making a thin copper head gasket for the 3.4.
